Since I don’t have any plans to install my old ARB Rear Tire Carrier on my new Jeep, I decided to purchase an EVO Manufacturing Hi-Lift Tailgate Mount so that I could still carry my Hi-Lift jack on the back of my Jeep. I finally had some time to install it after work today and found that it was very easy to install. All that was required was drilling two holes in the plastic covers over the tailgate hinges and tightening some bolts. It took me less than an hour to complete the install and seems to hold the Hi-Lift just fine.
