If you saw this post on my blog the other day, you might have had an idea what was coming.
I was just driving down US 50 in Grand Junction on Orchard Mesa when I spotted this billboard featuring my photo Monuments from the Colorado National Monument. I knew there were going to be two billboards up with this photo, but I thought that both were going to be along I-70 and that they wouldn’t be up until April 1st, so it was an unexpected surprise to pass this one today. I made sure to circle around the block and stop for this quick iPhone photo since I’ve never had one of my photos featured on a billboard before. It’s kind of cool seeing that image printed very big!
These billboards are supposed to be up April through September of this year. I’m going to have to find the other one now.
