I just received a copy of Colorado: A Historical Atlas by Thomas J. Noel (author) and Carol Zuber-Mallison (cartographer) in the mail this evening and I’m really looking forward to reading through it as soon as I finish a few other books I’m currently reading. I thoroughly enjoy looking over maps and think this book will be right up my alley.
As an added bonus, earlier this year I provided a photo of a Kokopelli pictograph located in the Canyon Pintado National Historic District that made it into the book. I have included an iPhone photo of that page below.
